The automatic welding & circle‑bending machine is a reinforcing‑steel arc‑bending and welding equipment. It is mainly used for 360° circular forming processing of steel bars in large‑scale construction projects, such as bridges, culverts, hydropower stations and subway projects.

Equipped with automatic feeding and automatic welding functions, this fully‑automatic numerical‑control steel bar circle‑bending machine features convenient and fast operation. It adopts advanced numerical‑control system, with positioning accuracy less than 0.02 mm. The double‑wheel driving structure enables one‑step forming, which has the advantages of simple operation, accurate radian and high working efficiency.

The operation instructions are described as follows:
Set machine parameters on the numerical‑control terminal, including the bending perimeter of the stiffening ring, the initial welding point and welding length of the welding manipulator (10d for single‑sided welding, 5d for double‑sided welding).

Adjust the longitudinal rib of the steel bar to vertical manually on the conveying platform, clamp the bar end into the slot of the mould disc, then start the numerical‑control circle‑bending button.The machine automatically performs circle‑bending according to preset procedures and stops at the set position.After the steel bar is bent to the required position, the mechanical welding arm is activated automatically to finish welding on the outer side of the stiffening ring. The gas‑shielded welding machine will stop once the preset welding length is reached.After welding, inspect the weld seam for fullness. If qualified, cut off the finished stiffening ring manually and place it on the material rack.
